Care proceedings, supervision orders and care orders at home: a reform agenda
The Centre for Child and Family Justice Research at Lancaster University and the Public Law Working Group hosted a webinar on June 16th. Hearing from parents with lived experience, the President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane, Professor Judith Harwin and Mr Justice Keehan, Chair of the Public Law Working group, the event considered learning from the recently published DfE report by Professor Harwin and Lily Golding, on parental perspectives on care proceedings, supervision orders and care orders at home.
Slides from the main presentation, by Professor Judith Harwin, are available here.
A recording of the event is available on our youtube channel.
