Judith Harwin gave a talk on special guardianship and the early years: opportunities and challenges in practice and policy at the Early Years Conference: The many faces of parenting infants. Drawing on the latest research, Judith called for more attention to be paid to the needs of very young children in practice, policy and data availability. The talk took place on Wednesday 9th June 2021.
