Professor Judith Harwin, one of the authors of the Public Law Working Group Report on Supervision Orders, will explain the conclusions of the report and look at Best Practice when seeking a Supervision Order in the Family Court.

Judith will be joined by Brooklynn Masters. As a mother with lived experience of supervision orders, she will provide her unique insights into the PLWG best practice guidance.  Brooklynn took part in the research Supporting Families After Care Proceedings, commissioned for the PLWG Supervision Order Sub-Group.
