New report: What do we know about ethnic diversity in the Welsh family justice system?
A new report on ethnic diversity in the Welsh family justice system has been published by the Nuffield Family Justice Observatory. Prepared by the Family Justice Data Partnership team - a collaboration between Lancaster and Swansea Universities - the work combines multiple sources of administrative data to provides an overview of the ethnic diversity of children and adults in public and private law cases in Wales. It also considers, against the national picture, whether particular groups are over or under-represented in the family justice system, and sets out recommendations regarding data collection and analysis.
This report is available in Welsh and English.
