New report: What do we know about ethnic diversity in the family justice system in England?
A new report on ethnic diversity in the family justice system in England has been published today by the Nuffield Family Justice Observatory. Prepared by the Family Justice Data Partnership team - a collaboration between Lancaster and Swansea Universities - the report aims to illuminate the availability, scope and quality of ethnicity data collected by the Children and Family Court Advisory Service (Cafcass) in England, and to make a substantive contribution to the knowledge base around ethnic diversity in the family justice system.
A full report is available, together with a summary version.
