New article: Data Resource - Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) public family law administrative records in England
A data resource profile led by Dr Stuart Bedston, with Professor Karen Broadhurst and colleagues at UCL, is published in the International Journal of Population Data Science. This resource profile aims to support researchers and analysts who want to use valuable, routinely produced data from the Child and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass). The article introduces readers to public law family court data covering care and supervision proceedings in England. This new article contributes to a body of literature produced by the Centre, which demonstrates the value of large-scale administrative data for family justice research. The data resource profile is available to download FREE here.
