A Radio 4 documentary called 'From Cradle to Care' airs tonight.

Prompted by the Born into Care: England report released in October 2018, Nigel Richardson - former Director of Children’s Services at Leeds City Council - meets parents, practitioners and thinkers to understand why state intervention is on the rise. What role do we want the state to have in raising our children, and what strategies can make a difference?
